If you ever played Tetris, you will recognize the theme of this slot immediately. Slotris focuses on that game and it includes a bonus game that is based on it, plus various symbols which have the shapes that you've seen in Tetris as well. As we've already mentioned, the game has various symbols in it which look like the ones from the game, the icons being shaped just like the blocks from the game (square, I, L and so on).
The player is allowed to place a bet of only 1 coin, but he does have the option to select the value of that coin. Both the betting range and the coin's value are the same, starting at $0.50 and going up to $5. The top jackpot available in Slotris is 999 coins, or $2,997 cash.
After the player starts with the initial spin, he gets a game area which is placed on the left side of the slot, which contains the symbols that will come during the next game. He gets to pick the symbols that will drop during the next game by clicking on a radio button.
During the bonus game that is available in Soltris, the player has to make a horizontal line that is solid. Once he does that, the slot will indicate how much he can win with the current symbols and the order that they're in. In order to win additional money, the player can move the blocks around.
After the player clears the horizontal line, the symbols which are below that line will disappear as well. When the player fails to clear the lines and if he gets to the top and he still has symbols there, he will have to start over with the bonus game, because it will reset.
With each line that the player gets to clear, he increases the payout. The player tries to get rid of 10 lines without resetting the game. If he gets to the tenth line, and he clears it with the maximum bet possible, then he can win the top jackpot.
An interesting game overall, and definitely one that every Tetris fan should give a try. It's different than the other slots out there and that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned.
